Yesterday I fixed a bug in a MediaWiki extension, and then pushed it upstream to the original project via the Gerrit Review tool used by the Wikimedia Foundation.  And I also found out that our Html2Wiki extension is one of the top downloaded extensions.  Here's my profile page in phabricator.
